Today, Dolly took a big step in her training with a trip to the skate park! 🙌

She practiced her stair manners and worked on being calm and focused out in public — this time with way more people (and distractions!) than she’s faced before. From the sounds of skateboards to the busy environment, Dolly stayed composed and showed off just how much progress she’s making. 🤍

🐾🎠 Playground Training for Raven! 🎠🐾

Raven spent the day at the Melvin Miller playground working on her training — and she did amazing! 🖤

Playgrounds are full of fun challenges like new surfaces, moving equipment, and plenty of distractions, making them the perfect place to build confidence and practice obedience. Raven tackled it all while showing off her focus and progress! 🙌🐶

🐾🎉 Big Day for Dolly! 🎉🐾

Today, Dolly took her very first trip since beginning her training — an elementary school playground adventure! 🐶✨

She practiced her commands in a brand-new environment, built up her confidence on the playground equipment, and best of all… she got to enjoy some off-leash freedom for the very first time! 🙌🤍

We’re so proud of this sweet girl and can’t wait to see how much more she’ll accomplish in the weeks ahead! 💪

Raven took a field trip to Dunham’s Sports today to practice her training in a brand-new environment. 🙌

With all the sights, sounds, and busy aisles, it was the perfect place to challenge her focus and obedience. She worked on holding her commands, ignoring distractions, and staying calm while exploring the store. 🖤

River enjoyed a training outing at Freedom Grove today! 🐶✨

This trip gave her the chance to practice her commands in a brand-new environment while soaking up the sights, sounds, and distractions of the park. Every outing helps build her confidence, focus, and obedience — and she’s doing such a great job! 🙌

Raven went on a field trip to Lowe’s today to practice her training — and she rocked it! 🙌

We found plenty of fun and challenging objects for her to climb on, walk across, and build confidence with. Plus, she got to explore the spooky Halloween decorations 👻🎃 … and handled them like a champ!

🐾 Meet Murray! 🐾

This almost 3-year-old German Shepherd just joined us for his two-week board and train, and he’s ready to tackle some big challenges! 💪

Murray knows sit, and has an iffy down, but beyond that—he’s got a lot to learn. He’s a serious counter surfer and food thief 🍞🍗, gets way too excited when greeting people at home, and is a strong puller on the leash. 🚶‍♂️💨

One of his biggest struggles? Public outings. While he loves people at home, out in public he gets extremely nervous and would rather run and hide than face the world. The good news? He’s never aggressive—just a sweet boy who needs help building confidence. ❤️🐕

Over the next two weeks, we’ll be working hard on his obedience, manners, leash skills, and most importantly, helping him feel calmer and more confident in public settings. Stay tuned for his journey—this handsome shepherd is about to make some incredible progress! 🐾✨

🐾 Meet Nico! 🐾

This handsome 8-month-old Bernedoodle just joined us for a two-week Board & Train! Nico is full of energy and personality, but like many pups his age, he’s still learning some manners. Right now, he only sorta knows “sit.” His favorite hobbies? Jumping on people, counter surfing, ignoring commands, and pulling on the leash when out for walks.

Over the next two weeks, Nico will be working hard with our trainers to learn structure, obedience, and better manners so he can become the well-behaved companion his family dreams of. Stay tuned for his progress—this goofy boy is going to do amazing things! 🐶✨

🐾💪 Huge Progress for Raven! 💪🐾

One of Raven’s biggest challenges has been her reactivity in public — usually barking at everyone she sees out of fear. But today, this smart girl took a huge step forward! 🖤

We went to a really busy park full of people and distractions, and instead of barking, Raven practiced:
🚶‍♀️ Walking calmly next to her triggers
⬇️ Holding a down command (which can feel a little submissive for dogs, but teaches them to stay calm in “scary” scenarios)

By working through her fears in a structured way, Raven is learning that the world isn’t so scary — and staying calm makes everything feel easier. We are so proud of her progress today! 🙌🐶

Meet Dolly, an 8-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer who just joined our 2-Week Board & Train Program! 🤍

Her owner says she already knows sit and has good food manners, but she struggles with:
🚶‍♂️ Leash pulling
🐕 Barking
🍳 Counter surfing
🙌 Jumping on people & doors

Fun fact — her brother Porter graduated from training just a couple weeks ago, and now it’s Dolly’s turn to shine! 🌟 We can’t wait to see the progress this sweet girl makes and show off her transformation at graduation. 🐶🎓

Today, Raven worked hard on her distraction training — learning to hold her commands and stay focused no matter what’s going on around her. 🙌

From noises and movements to tempting objects, she’s practicing how to tune out the chaos and listen with confidence. 🖤 This 7-month-old German Shepherd is showing just how smart and determined she really is!
