After taking a much-needed break to recharge, Aunt BB’s Crew is officially back in action!
Yesterday, we responded to an apartment complex near Little Caesars in McMinnville after receiving reports of a growing cat colony that had gone without help. After an hour and a half of patient trapping, we safely rescued 6 kittens (including one from an older litter) and 2 pregnant mama cats, one of whom is expected to give birth very soon.
Many of these babies are in rough shape. They’re battling upper respiratory infections, have severely infected eyes, were covered in fleas, and some are so weak they’ll need supportive care, including high-calorie feedings and treatment for anemia.
We can’t do this alone. If you’re able to help—whether through kitten food, cat litter, or a monetary donation—it would mean the world to these babies and to us.
