Hello all of you wonderful dog lovers. Thanks for following me. I appreciate you. So I got to meet this wonderful couple that called me to come in about their four month old beautiful golden retriever named Buster. So Buster had several behavior issues such as being mouthy to the owners, jumping on them jumping on guest, chewing and one of the ones that I come across a lot is the main one they called me in for was that he would not go for a walk. He would basically just shut down. So they were told we’ll take treats with you. The problem was all he would do was constantly jump on them to get treats and still not walk. They were shocked and amazed at how quickly I could get him to go for a walk with us. The reason I figured out that he didn’t want to go for walks any longer was that something had spooked him and they were then trying all the different things to coaxes him to walk, which was going against getting him to actually walk. Now he was a very sweet and very smart boy so the session for me was really fun to show them, here’s how you can actually get him to go for a walk and how to stop his other little puppy behaviors. It was a great session and they are already seeing improvements which I just love. If you’re having these types of problems and you think you’ve tried everything trust me you have not and I can help you.

Hello all of you wonderful dog lovers. Thanks for following me. I appreciate you. So I had the pleasure of meeting this couple who reached out to me about their recent rescue named Darci a two year old Boston terrier. She is the brown and white female, the other black and white male was their original rescue And the reason that they reached out to me was they thought that Darci was aggressive because she was doing things like being reactive to people, dogs and bikes when they were out on walks like actually lunging at them. Now the moment that I first entered the home the first thing she did was bite me on my boot. I wear like military work boots when I work and it was a pretty decent bite. Now that being said, Darci was not actually aggressive. She simply did not know who was in charge in the home and if she was safe and while out on walks, she felt like she had to be in charge. Because throughout the entire rest of the session, she did not one time try to bite me again in fact, she allowed me to pet her and give her affection and that was great for the owners to actually see that she wasn’t aggressive and then all I had to do was show them how to help her on walks to not be reactive. It was really a great session.

Hello all of you wonderful dog lovers. Thanks for following me. I appreciate you. Well, it’s been a minute, but I wanted to share with you. These two very cute Coton breed dogs l worked with Boris and Greg. Their owners needed help getting a few behaviors under control. Like…jumping on guests, constantly barking, and being better on the leash. It was really a fun session.

Hello all of you wonderful dog lovers. Thanks for following me. Appreciate you. So I had the pleasure of working with a client that rescued a sweet AST from a shelter. I love that people are willing to rescue from a shelter. 🙌👏❤️ His owner a wonderful person who thought he was being aggressive. She tried using a training facility that gave her no results. When I first walked into her home he was barking at me and…seemed aggressive to the untrained eye. I could tell instantly he was not aggressive, he just confused over was he safe and needed to take control or was she in control and they were safe. I was so glad to show her what a sweet boy he truly was and how much he trusted me and could trust her that everything was okay. It was a great session.

Hello all of you wonderful dog lovers. Thanks for following me. Appreciate you. So I had the pleasure of meeting this couple and helping them with their two dogs. The older mixed breed dog, she’s their original dog and she’s around eight years old and their new rescue that they’ve only had for a couple of months is this beautiful male golden retriever and he’s approximately 12 to 15 months. Their number one issue was that the female started attacking him if they were giving him affection, and then she started just randomly attacking him. So what he started doing, was going into the bedroom and hiding in his kennel. So this is a behavior that I do see quite often. Now the original dog was actually showing jealousy and taking ownership of her owners, and because she attacked the golden retriever who’s basically still kind of a puppy his reasonable fearful behavior of her was what started triggering the random attacks. So now I’ve put them on a path of how to stop her attacking him and helping him to gain confidence so that the two of them can exist as a pack. It was a great session and I’m glad that I was able to help.

Hello all of you wonderful dog lovers. Thanks for following me. I appreciate you. So I had the pleasure of meeting these two cuties. The larger poodle is Harley. He’s about six years old, I believe, and the smaller mini golden doodle is Lainey. Harley was pretty chill except for he did do some jumping when guests would enter the home. That, of course, is always a very simple fix. Now Lainey, on the other hand, who is approximately five months old, had the usual puppy issues, things like chewing, going after house plants in the home, grabbing things she shouldn’t, and running under furniture to hide with them so that the owners couldn’t get her, jumping all over the owners, their guests, and nipping at people’s hands. And one big issue that I noticed…was that while Harley liked to play with her, she just wouldn’t stop, and he would just try to get away from her. That is never fun for any dog. And Lainey would take over his food bowl, and he would let. All of this needed to change, which was easy to do because both dogs were super smart. Lainey picked up on everything almost immediately, which was awesome. It was such a fun session.

Hello all of you wonderful dog lovers. Thanks for following me. I appreciate you. So earlier today I’m at this really nice couple and got to work with their very sweet little girl Bailey. The overall problem they were having was how she was treating the wife. She wasn’t just jumping on her, she was grabbing her hands, and clothes, to the point she was leaving bruises on her arms. The wife was getting to the point that she wanted nothing to do with her. They sent her off for one week of “training”. 🙄The trainer did absolutely nothing to stop these behaviors and gave them horrible advice. 🤦‍♂️ Once I was able to figure out why she was behaving like this I was immediately able to explain the behavior and stop it. And I was able to show them what a really smart and sweet girl she is and will be.
