🚨 Appointment & No-Show Policy Reminder 🚨
We’ve recently experienced an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations. To ensure fairness to our groomers and to clients who are waiting for appointments, we want to clearly communicate our policies moving forward.
Please review our appointment policies carefully:
• Late Arrivals:
Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will incur a late fee, if we are still able to accommodate the appointment. Arrivals beyond that time may need to be rescheduled.
• No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations:
Any no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked.
• Last-Minute Reschedules:
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee starting at 50% of the service booked.

❓ Why am I being charged if I didn’t receive the service?
When a cancellation happens at the last minute, the groomer is unable to fill that time slot. This results in lost income that our groomers rely on to pay their bills and support themselves.
❓ Will I still be charged if I reschedule instead of cancel?
Yes. Due to the high demand for appointments, last-minute reschedules still result in an unused time slot that could have been given to another client.
❓ Are there any exceptions to these fees?
Exceptions are at the groomer’s discretion, as they are the ones directly impacted by missed or late appointments.
❓ Why wasn’t I told there would be a late fee?
Our late policy is clearly stated. If you know you are running late and do not notify us, a fee should be expected. Late arrivals disrupt the groomer’s schedule and affect other clients, so charges are applied accordingly.
❓ I didn’t receive a reminder text — will I still be charged?
While reminder issues can occasionally occur, they are rare and do not excuse missing an appointment. Appointment dates and times are confirmed at booking, and it is the client’s responsibility to keep track of them.

At the end of the day, we are all human and we all have bills to pay. Our groomers depend on their scheduled appointments just as you depend on your own work hours. We kindly ask to be treated with the same respect you would expect for your personal appointments.
