With the warmer weather setting in this week, I think it's about time to start scheduling some appointments beginning March 3rd.

New policies that will go in effect: no question asked.

Late Fees: after 10mins late for your appointment, you will be charged an extra $15 with a no call and additional $1 for each minute after.

Flea/Tick Treatment: if fleas and/or ticks are present or dirt, picture will be taken and sent and automatic $7 flea and tick bath will be given.

Cost of supplies and equipment: all services are upcharged $5.

Demattting: if it takes more then 15mins to demat an additional $20 charge will be serviced. Pictures will be sent and notified.

Travel fee: 1$ per mile plus the groom service.

I'm asking everyone who makes an appointment to please arrive at your appointment time unless I'm notified. Being late sets the whole day back for not only myself but also my other clients. I am going to start charging a late fee or deny services if I can't get this resolved. Thank you.

This is just a friendly reminder for those who may not know or understand. I groom whenever I can on any spare time I have. My kids/family and my FT job do come first. Sometimes, life can get too crazy, and things can/do come up unexpectedly, and I try to accommodate everyone I can. When I can. So please do not tell me what to do, when to do it because I don't have to accept an appointment if people think they can tell me how to run my life and that I should reschedule things that are on my top list.
