Say hello to Loki! As part of our Dog Day Out program, Loki went out for an adventure with a volunteer and here's what she had to say about him:
"Loki is what Airbnb likes to call a "rare find." It's hard to know why he hasn't been scooped up. At 6yo, he's in his prime and comes complete with training he gained in the PAWS Orofino program. He has offered his skills as tester already at MCPAWS, checking to see which of the other dogs are dog-friendly, and he even likes cats, and of course people of all ages. Loki was pumped to get a break from the shelter and hopped into the car, where he promptly made himself comfortable in the back seat and snoozed on the way to our run. He was excited to get out on a trail run and trotted along with a few sniffs along the way, but mostly quite focused on the run. He must be a true mountain dog, because he definitely preferred single-track to the dirt roads or pavement! Loki will sit and down for treats, his ear game is very strong, and he likes to offer a little kiss now and then to keep you swooning! Loki is an old-soul with a young heart and going to make his furever family so happy!"
