Wellness packages include brief wellness exam, recommended yearly vaccines, f***l and heartworm tests, deworming with flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and a nail trim!
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
-The promotion must be scheduled over the phone and mentioned by name (back to school).
-Promotion will run through month of August only, appointments can be made NOW!
-Pets must be at least 1 year of age and deemed healthy by our DVM upon exam. (please note, if pet is not deemed healthy, client is responsible for $55 office visit and can address medical concerns at that time).
-If your pet is known to be aggressive, providing us with a fresh stool sample (same day sample in a tightly sealed container) would greatly be appreciated to help reduce stress during the office visit!
-If your pet is heartworm positive, and receiving treatment, we will opt for a flea/tick prevention instead. Other heartworm positive pets not undergoing treatment are not eligible.
-Cats known to be FeLV positive or found to be positive are not eligible for the vaccination and the price of the package will remain at $200.
-Our team will do their best to provide a nail trim. However, to avoid stressful situations, uncooperative pets will not be eligible for nail trims and the price of the package will remain at $200.
-Any products, services, or treatments not mentioned are not included, and therefore must be paid separately.
