I wanted to give everyone a little update about the new booking app and reassure y’all that NOTHING is changing when it comes to how available I am for my clients. ❤️

The app is simply helping me keep everything organized in one place so I can manage appointments, reminders, client info, notes, and scheduling more efficiently. It’s there to make things smoother for both me and you guys!

You can STILL:

💬 Message me with questions

If you need a certain day or time, want to ask about weekends, early drop-offs, special requests, or don’t see something available online — PLEASE just reach out to me! I can manually adjust things and override the schedule when needed. 😊

I never want anyone to feel intimidated by online booking or think I’m less accessible now. I’m still the same me, and I’m always happy to help however I can. 🫶

Big upgrade over here at ✨ Collar & Comb ✨

I’m so excited to officially introduce my new booking system through MoeGo! 🐾

This new system is going to make scheduling smoother, reminders easier, communication better, AND now clients will be able to securely process card payments directly through the system as well. 🙌🏻

My goal is always to give your pets the best experience possible while making everything easier and more convenient for their humans too. 💛

With the new system, clients will be able to:

✔️ Receive appointment reminders & updates

✔️ Receive grooming notes/report cards
