Paws and Whiskers cat shelter is looking for some volunteers to help run kitties to and from rings on Saturday and Sunday.
Paws and Whiskers has been the longest running rescue to participate in My Stormy Valentine, and are the oldest no-kill cat shelter in Toledo.

One of the world's biggest cat shows returns to Maumee, Ohio this weekend!

For those visiting the show who need a hotel:

There are many great hotels in the Maumee and surrounding areas to choose from for this show. We have held a block at the traditional Red Roof Inn for the weekend, which is under new (and great) management.

ROOM BLOCK: CATSHOW18 (But the manager said if you just mention the cat show, they should know to give you the rate)

They have met the lowest price I could find online, including the TICA discount, so PLEASE book within the room block. The block expires February 1, and I suggest you block now even iff you are not sure you are able to come!

Here are the rates:
$55.24 for the standard 2 bed room
$59.49 for a deluxe 2 full bed (limited availability)

$57.79 for a standard king
$63.74 for a superior king (limited availability)
