We will be shutting freezers off Sunday Night June 2, 2019. If you have not picked up your meat, we ask that it be done Saturday before 4 pm or anytime Sunday. We will get a list together and make calls again tomorrow evening. Thank you all and hope to see you this weekend.

A huge thank you to all of our customers and for being so understanding. We realize and understand ourselves that everyone wants their trophy hung on the wall the night after it has been harvested. Although as much as we would like to fulfill everyone’s wish, we can’t. We would like to explain that this is an after hours operation for the both of us, meaning we both have full time jobs away from Wild West. Life throws curves balls sometimes and other duties call. Know that we are working our best to get all taxidermy work out fast while maintaining high quality. That being said all meat processing is complete and ready to be picked up. Call and leave a message so we can schedule picking it up. Thank you again for your business and understanding.

A new category this year for Star Feed and Seed's Big Buck Contest is a Straight Eight category. Shane Taylor is the winner of the Straight Eight category for 2018-19. Taylor's buck scored 155.125 and was killed Mid-November in Motley County. The 8-point buck had an inside spread of 20.125 inches and had a left main beam of 25.625 inches and a right main beam of 26.25 inches. Taylor receives $1,000 and a monogrammed jacket. Great job, Shane!
