✨ Bourbon Country Schnauzers is proud to announce a planned Summer 2026 litter ✨
From the foundation female who started it all here —
🏆 AKC Grand Champion Firesilver Kobra 🏆
Kobra is an exceptional example of the breed, holding her AKC Grand Championship with a strong presence in both conformation and performance. She is fully health tested with a CHIC number through OFA, and all documentation is available to approved homes upon request.
As part of our commitment to excellence and responsible breeding, her eyes and thyroid will be re-evaluated this year, following OFA’s annual recommendations.
🧬 Kobra has also undergone coat and color genetic testing and is a black and silver carrier. While this color is not currently recognized in the United States, it remains highly sought after. Any black and silver offspring, if produced, will be placed in select pet homes only.
📅 Kobra is expected to come into season around July 2026, and we are thoughtfully planning this pairing with great care and intention.
👑 The selected sire will be announced soon — we are excited to share what we believe will be an exceptional match.
Since this will be her first litter with us no puppies will be available and those that may be will be offered to our already approved homes first.
