The T&T family have lost a family member. I’m (Emily) new to navigating loss of a family. My uncle unexpectedly passed last night.

I am behind on invoicing (what’s new 🥹), and I’m trying to deal with incoming messages, bookings, etc. all while trying not to breakdown every few moments. I don’t know how to navigate my feelings which is stressful too. Please have some grace with me why I do my best to keep going.

Chris (my mother and T&Ts biggest fan girl) is also navigating this loss, as it was a family member on her side.

Now Hiring: Drop-In Dog Walker / Pet Caretaker (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate drop-in dog walker/pet caretaker to join our team. This is a commission-based position with flexible scheduling, ideal for someone looking for supplemental income.

Position Details:
Pay is commission-based per booking
Bookings are not guaranteed and may vary week to week
Work is on an as-needed basis
Ideal for someone with a flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
Drop-in visits for dogs and other pets
Dog walking, feeding, fresh water, potty breaks
Basic pet care and companionship
Provide updates/photos to pet owners as requested

Requirements:
Experience with dogs and/or pets
Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background checkDrop-In Dog Walker / Pet Caretaker
Preferred (but not required):
Previous pet sitting or dog walking experience
Knowledge of basic pet behavior and safety

*please understand there may be some 'dry' weeks. We've recently had influx in drop in requests. Potential to make more money if you'd like to be a pet sitter as well (you'd stay at the clients home).

While we wait and catch up after moving, we will be finishing the basement! For now, we use it for feeding, storage and another (supervised) area for play. The dogs have loved running up & down the stairs, as we do leave the door open to our living room, aka the dog room lol (they got the nicest room in the house)! It is hard to see, but we saved some carpeting from our old house and the dogs love doing zoomies, rubbing their faces on it, etc.

Ps. The picture of the living room is from the listing. I don’t have the ability to be this good at decorating 😂

Important Pup-date!
We have now moved our boarding and daycare location. We have not moved far! I have been diligent on sending the new address to clients as they come, but if you'd like it sooner, please text me at 513-348-2652

This new location comes with a huge backyard with privacy fencing along with a pool to cool off in (pending owner approval)!
We are still working on our drop off protocol, so please bare with us while we have everything built and doggy proof!

We are so excited with this new step with T&T! Thanks for being along for the ride!

New Policies – Effective Immediately

Drop-In Visit Requirements:
To ensure the health and well-being of all pets in our care, we are now requiring a minimum of either:
Five (5) 15-minute visits, or
Three (3) 30-minute visits per day
when dogs are left home alone for consecutive days without anyone staying overnight.

If we determine that this level of care is not sufficient based on your dog’s specific needs, we will provide a customized care recommendation.

Please note:
For senior dogs or pets with special medical or hygiene needs (e.g., bladder expression, frequent accidents, bathing due to incontinence), a cleaning fee may be applied to cover the additional time and care required.

Boarding Pick-Up Fees
Pick-up times and fees for boarding services are as follows:
Before 12:00 PM – No additional charge
By 4:00 PM – $30 per dog | $20 per additional dog
After 4:00 PM– $40 per dog | $25 per additional dog

Late Fee Policy
Payment is due upon receipt unless prior arrangements have been made. A late fee of 10% will be applied to any outstanding balance that is more than 2 days past the due date.

We kindly ask that all invoices be paid on time to avoid any late fees and to ensure uninterrupted service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Note: Daycare is not available Friday through Sunday

Accident & Marking Policy:
If a pet begins to mark or have repeated accidents during their stay, we will place them in a safe and comfortable dog diaper to maintain a clean environment for all guests. An additional $8/night fee will apply when diapers are required.

Please understand that, even with thorough cleaning, residual scents may encourage marking behavior. This policy helps us ensure a sanitary and stress-free environment for all dogs in our care.
