We will be closed Wednesday December 31st at Noon. Thursday January 1st and Friday January 2nd.

Our office has a few boxes we would like to give away for free. These would be perfect for someone moving or wanting to ship items. We recieved refridgerated items in them so they are thick and very durable. There are a few boxes that have insulated packaging in them. Please call our office at 641-424-0810 for pick up.

Good afternoon! We wanted to inform you all that Dr. Cornick will be out of the office starting Thursday, July 17. He will be back in the office on Tuesday, July 22nd.
We will still have staff available if you need to pick up medications, get food, or take your phone calls.
