Your friends at Groomingtales giving you a friendly reminder! Please brush your dogs if you plan on keeping long hair and fur. Dogs can get matted very easily depending on their daily activities, always wearing a harness, they like to play in the water, chew on their fur, etc within a day or two. And please remember, matting can be extremely uncomfortable and/or painful.

It’s just a simple 10-20 minute task in your daily routine. Your pup will thank you! And so will we 😄😉

Also, do not try to get a big matt out with water and conditioner on your own, you will make it worse. Come to us and we have the skills and tools to help you!

(I advise you to watch informational videos on slicker brushes as they can be sharp if not known how to be used properly, or we can give you a demonstration at your next appointment)
