I am offering 2 trick classes in the next 2 months! A fun way to bond and learn new skills.

Since I am an AKC evaluator I can test and certify for trick titles! Sawyer has earned 3 titles through AKC a total of 30 tricks. There are 3 levels everyone can aim for Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Once you've completed the 10 tricks for each level. We can do a certification for graduation! Super rewarding. You don't need your CGC in order to get trick titles.

Therapy Dog Training!
(Long read, I am sorry in advanced)

Ok, here are some more details, as promised. I am offering 2 therapy classes in July, as I am on vacation in June. I will ONLY accepting 5 students per class! Why? Because it's a new class and I want to get familiar with the curriculum. If you want in, sign up asap. You can call and register over the phone or physically at the store.

What the class entails.
Therapy class is a preparation for being a successful team! After this class you should be able to pass the test offered through Pet Partners. After graduation, it is the handlers responsibility to get certified with a program. This therapy class is a preparation for that test. It is different from the Advanced class.

To add to that, I am a certified Therapy evaluator through Therapy Pets Unlimited. However, there is only one location in Washington that is approved by Therapy Pets Unlimited. To get a facility approved that would be something you and the facility would have to work out with the therapy company. If the facility is NOT on the Therapy Pets Unlimited list you are not covered by insurance.

I have attached some information on what a therapy animal is. Please keep in mind a therapy pet, is not a service animal and does not give them the same rights as a SD. Make sure this is something you and your dog are comfortable with. Please read the suitability section on the photo attached.
