☀️ Cash’s Weekend Update ☀️

If you needed a reason to smile today… this is it. 💛

This weekend, Cash got to just be a puppy.

Running around with new kid friends, meeting new people, soaking up the sunshine, and finally enjoying the kind of life every dog deserves.

Watching him play, wag his tail, and just live-it’s everything we hoped for when we first committed to helping him. 🐾

Because of YOU, we are so close to reaching our initial goal of $2,500. We truly cannot thank you enough for the love and support you’ve shown Cash.

But his journey isn’t over just yet…

In the coming weeks, we’ll learn whether Cash will require an additional surgery as he continues to grow. While we don’t have all the answers yet, we do know that his care is ongoing-and we want to be ready to give him everything he needs for a full, healthy future.

For now, we’re celebrating these moments.
The simple, beautiful ones. The ones he fought for. The ones you made possible. ❤️

If you’ve been following Cash’s story and are able to contribute, we would be so grateful for your continued support as we prepare for what’s ahead.

An update from everyone's favorite little man! 💙

We are beyond grateful to share that we’ve raised over $2,000 so far - thank you all so much for your generosity and support.

However, Cash’s road to recovery is far from over. This fundraiser has helped cover a portion of his first orthopedic surgery, but he still requires near-daily bandage changes (which quickly add up), follow-up radiographs, and possibly even another surgery depending on how his healing progresses.

Through it all, he remains the sweetest, happiest little pup - and we’re doing everything we can to give him the best chance at a full recovery.

Thank you again to everyone who has donated, shared, and supported Cash. We truly could not do this without you ❤️

If you’d like to help continue his journey, you can donate here: https://gofund.me/97ccdfe5f. PLEASE SHARE!

Happy Monday from Cash 💙

Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve raised over $2,000 so far - and we truly can’t thank you enough.

Cash still has a long road ahead. Right now, he’ll need daily bandage changes until his 2-week recheck, where we’ll take new radiographs to see how his bones are healing.

Through it all, he continues to amaze us. His spirit hasn’t dimmed one bit - he’s still the same happy, goofy, loving, and absolutely adorable puppy we all adore. 🐾

If you’d like to continue supporting Cash on his journey, you can donate here: https://gofund.me/3892d870d. He is also still looking for a foster + adoptive home!

Thank you for being part of his fight ❤️

🐣🌷 Happy Easter & Passover from Cash! 🌷🐣

Hi friends… it’s me, Cash 💛

I got my bandages changed, and Dr. Freeman made sure I was dressed for the occasion with some very festive Easter vet wrap 🐰✨ I may be rocking bandages right now, but I’m feeling stronger every day thanks to all of you.

I wanted to hop on here (get it? 🐇) to wish everyone celebrating a very Happy Easter and a meaningful Passover. No matter what you celebrate, I hope your day is filled with love, family, and a little bit of sweetness 💕

Thank you for continuing to support me on my healing journey. I couldn’t do this without you-and I promise to keep fighting like the brave boy you all believe I am. Donate to my surgery fund here: https://gofund.me/6c631ec49 🐾

UPDATE ON CASH ❤️ [Donate/read his full story, here: https://gofund.me/98383c47c]

Yesterday, Cash had his first surgery on both of his front legs (bilateral ulnar ostectomy), and we are SO happy to share that he did incredibly well!

He is already recovering like an absolute champ. 💪🐾

We are beyond grateful for the support so far - thanks to you, we’ve raised over $1,700 toward his care.

But Cash’s journey is far from over...

His surgery and medical care are expected to cost well over $4,000, and this is just the beginning. Over the next 10-14 days, he will require daily bandage changes, close monitoring, and continued veterinary care to ensure proper healing.

And as he continues to grow, additional procedures may still be needed to give him the best possible outcome.

✨ We are so proud of him - and so thankful for all of you.

Every donation, share, and message of support has helped get him to this point.

🙏 If you’re able to give or share, we still need your help to cover the remainder of his care and support his recovery.

We will continue to post updates as Cash heals - and we can’t wait for you to follow along on his journey. He is still looking for a foster and adoptive home!

Thank you for believing in him. ❤️🐾

Meet Cash 💔
https://gofund.me/ebf875185

He’s just a 10-week-old Newfoundland puppy — sweet, playful, and full of life.

But beneath the surface, something isn’t right.

Cash was born with a congenital deformity in both of his front legs. One of the bones in his forearm isn’t growing properly, which is already starting to affect how his legs develop.

Right now, he’s not showing pain… but that won’t last.

Without surgery, Cash is at very high risk of developing severe deformities, crippling arthritis, and even dislocation of his joints - a future that could leave him unable to walk at all.

We have a chance to change that - but we have to act NOW.

Cash is currently safe in a temporary home, and if we can raise the funds in time, his first surgery could happen as soon as Friday, April 3rd.

💔 This is a time-sensitive, life-changing procedure.

The cost of his first surgery is $2,500, and Dr. Freeman at KIND Veterinary Care Center is generously donating over $1,000 in additional care.

But we still need your help.

✨ Your donation will help:
• Fund Cash’s urgent orthopedic surgery
• Provide pain management and recovery care
• Give him the chance to grow up without pain

Cash has already started supportive therapies like swimming, and despite everything, he is full of love, resilience, and puppy joy.

He deserves a future where he can run, play, and live the life every puppy should.

🙏 Please donate if you can, and SHARE to help us reach more people.

📍 We are also actively searching for a committed foster or future adopter who can support Cash through his recovery.

Every share matters. Every dollar matters. Let’s save Cash together. ❤️

While in Orlando for VMX 2026, the KIND Veterinary Care Center team had the opportunity to support Dr. Freeman as she presented “From Policy to Patients: Applying the AHS Canine Heartworm Guidelines.”

Dr. Freeman co-presented on the American Heartworm Society’s updated 2024 guidelines, focusing on how these recommendations apply to real-world clinical practice. It was a valuable session, and we were proud to be in attendance as a team to support her and bring these insights back to all of our patients.

VMX continues to be an important opportunity for learning and professional growth for all of our team members, and we’re grateful to experience it together. 🫶🏼

The KIND Veterinary Care Center team is officially in Orlando, Florida for the NAVC Veterinary Meeting Expo!🐾✨

Before diving into an exciting few days of learning, collaboration, and continuing education, we took today to enjoy some team bonding and a little magic at Walt Disney World!🎢🏰

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to grow as veterinary professionals while also spending time together outside the hospital. Tomorrow, it’s back to conference mode as we bring new knowledge and ideas home to better serve our patients and clients! 🩵

🐾 An Amazing Start to 2026 After A Big Day in the OR 🐾

Our KIND Veterinary Care Center Team started 2026 off with a sweet delivery!

It was all hands-on-deck for a Cesarean section on a sweet Newfoundland mama, welcoming eight healthy puppies into the world! 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶

Canine C-sections take a dedicated, well-coordinated team—from surgery and anesthesia to warming, monitoring, and supporting each puppy, all while keeping mom safe and comfortable. It’s a fast-paced effort that requires focus, experience, and lots of teamwork!

While it was a little bit of chaos to our schedule, it's moments like these that remind us why we do what we do. Seeing mom recover well and watching those puppies get a strong, healthy start to life warms our hearts and is rewarding beyond measure. We all truly love what we do! 💙

Huge kudos to our incredible staff and congratulations to this proud Newfoundland family! 🐾✨

01/01/2026

As we close out another year, we want to take a moment to say thank you to our incredible clients and community.

Your trust, kindness, and continued support mean everything to us. It is truly an honor to care for your beloved pets and to be part of their lives year after year. We are so grateful for the relationships we’ve built and the moments we’ve shared, and we look forward to continuing to provide compassionate, high-quality care in the year ahead.

Wishing you and your furry family members a happy, healthy New Year from all of us at KIND Veterinary Care Center. 🐾✨
