These are photos of various aged trees at our Oregon farm which have not yet been trimmed/shaped this year. With a typical growth rate for a Noble Fir of 1 foot per year, growing Christmas Trees is a long term commitment and requires constant attention to detail. We grow tree species in Oregon that aren't suited for the climate at our home farm in Alhambra Valley and which supplement our choose and cut offerings.

While walking, we noticed that we have a family of owls with babies, "Owlets", in one of the owl boxes that we installed earlier this year😊 How cool is that? We are very excited snd grateful to probide a safe haven to our winged friends

We're celebrating another beautiful day on the farm. The spring weather has provided exceptional growing conditions. Each of our locally grown trees are meticulously cultured 3 or more times per year for 6 to 7 years in order to get the perfect shape. Just look at this beautiful Monterey Pine.

We're busy on the farm getting ready for spring planting and also building owl boxes for natural gopher / vole control. We hope that the boxes provide good nesting box opportunities for our local owls. Alhambra Christmas Tree Farm made a donation of $1,605.00 during our 2024 season for our local charity of choice, The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. We are proud and thankful for the work that the Food Bank does for our community.
