San Marcos River Ranch SMRR is a privately gated ski community. Lot owners and residents have the luxury of four private ski lakes and access to the beautiful San Marcos River.

San Marcos River Ranch is a private ski lake community located just outside of San Marcos, Texas between Austin and San Antonio. We also have lots that are equestrian friendly for folks who own horses. So whether your looking for world class skiing or just a nice place in the country, check out San Marcos River Ranch.
