Last weekend officially marked the end of our spring season...and what a spring season it turned out to be! 65 finished passes, 10 titles, a new QAA, a qualifying 4th for Kyle and a jam for one of my Tater tots...I couldn't be more proud. So thanks to all that support us...our clients, landowners, the clubs that put these events on...without each and every one of y'all we couldn't do what we love.

Kyle, thanks for what you've done for us this spring. You are a big reason this spring was as good as it was. Between the vet trips, the breedings, the birds thrown, the ears pinched...youve proven an integral part of what we do. I've watched you grow and learn over the past year and I'm proud of what you accomplished...from stepping in for me at the last minute when I got hurt to jumping out the frying pan into the fire last weekend at the Q...youve handled it all with confidence and professionalism. It only gets better bubba...

To my wife, I know this spring was hard...harder than all the ones before...youve been home with a toddler with no help from daddy a bunch. Thank you. Thank you for allowing me to do what I love. Thank you for supporting me no matter how far the drive is. Thank you for keeping it all together at home. Thank you for having a home for me to come home to. I love you baby.

We will be back this fall...chasing ribbons with some new pups and some now seasoned vets...but for now, glasses up to the best season we've ever had!

Go to Cape Fear they said...run the double Q they said...WOW WHAT A WEEKEND! We officially ended our spring season with a BANG! First, my right hand man got his feet wet in the white coat world and brought home the color with a 4th place finish in his first ever qualifying with HRCH Wynn on Friday. Then on Saturday, one of my young Tater tots, HRCH Bodey finished his first ever Q with a jam just a week after his second birthday! An HR, HRCH title, and a qualifying jam for the little guy this spring...what a season! And not to be out done, little miss Sadie brought home a 2nd making her QAA! She is now SRSA HRCH Sadie MH QAA! Awesome way to close the book on an unbelievable spring season. More pictures to come this week of the entire season. Wow, just wow...

Well CCR ended our spring HT season in fine fashion. We went to CBSRC with 4 HRCH titles up for grabs and came home with all 4! Congrats to everyone that titled this weekend...Matt Dubnik and HRCH Burton, Troy Miller and HRCH Scout, Jonathan Roland and HRCH Bodey, and Josh and Nicole Tipton and HRCH Wynn. Congrats also to Michael Crump on HRCH Cash's passes and to Quint Broome on HRCH Nash's pass. In all, CCR brought home 6 new HRCH's this spring and 4 HR's. Thanks to all who support us.

We had another amazing weekend at Cherokee Foothills HRC. 11/12 and 5 new titles!! Congrats are in order to Quint Broome and HRCH Nash, Michael Crump and HRCH Cash, Jason Bowen and Jackie Bowen and HR Ella, Troy Miller and HR Scout, Jonathan Roland and HR Bodey, and to Matt Dubnik and Burton's 3rd finished pass...one more bubba. This puts us at 26/27 on the year with 6 titles in 2 weekends. Ramsey Hill and HR Beau took care of business last weekend at Old South to start the season off right. So proud of my puppies!! Thank you to all that support what we are doing...to the clubs for putting on these tests and the owners for trusting me with their dogs.

It was another great weekend for CCR. We took our young crew to Midlands HRC and got it done...a perfect 7 for 7 in seasoned with 3 new HR titles. Congratulations to HR Cash and Michael Crump, HR Nash and Quint Broome, HR Gabby and Ken Owens, and congrats to Burton and Matt Dubnik on 2 more passes and a perfect weekend. A big thank you to Midlands HRC...yall put on a wonderful event. A big thank you to all of those that support us day in and day out: Dogtra, Loneduck, Wansley Farms, Magnum Hunting Products, Gundog Broker, and Drake Waterfowl. A special thank you to my wife for all that she does to help this dream come true. A special shout out to CJ Warren and his Tater tot "Deuce" on their seasoned passes this weekend, and to Josh Tipton and his crew of Tater tots on their started passes. Also to Matt Elder and his Sadie pup "Itchy" on their first seasoned pass.

Team CCR got it done this weekend at Music City HRC. 2 new HRCH titles and a pile of passes. Congrats to HRCH Dash and HRCH Maggie. CCR only took one bullet to Cooper River AKC this past weekend but its all we needed. We are pleased to announce Jenny achieved her MH title!! We are so proud to have been able to be a part of her success. Big congrats goes out to Kirk and Deena Driskell on Jenny's success. Announcing HRCH GDB's Shaq's Fat Bottom Girl MH.

This wraps up CCRs fall HT schedule. We will be running the double derby/q in early December in Bennettsville to finish out our year. Thanks to all that support us Drake Waterfowl, LoneDuck, Dogtra, Victor dog food, Wansley Farms, and Gun Dog Broker.

We are so very proud of Josh. Little miss Sadie has been a part of CCR for 5 years now. I'll never forget what Josh said when he dropped her off 5 years ago..."all I want is a duck dog"!!! Well she is that, and just a little more! Congrats on the SRS win my friend. You've kept your eye in the prize and it is paying off. Congratulations Josh Hulsey and SRSA HRCH Sadie MH on winning the Charleston HRC fall 2015 SRS Amateur.

Puppies born 7/4/2015. Deposits for this exceptional all black litter are $500, $1000 due upon pickup. Pedigree includes Abe, Ford, Vedges Tuscumbia Kate, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, Carolinas Smoke on the Water, Punch and Patton to name a few.
Trigger needs no introduction…a grand title, multiple SRS placements, and a master title. He is qualified for and will be running for his 3rd Master National plate this fall in Cheraw SC.
Sadie is my personal test/trial/gundog. She obtained her HRCH at 2 years of age, MH at 4 and has a qualifying 4th in limited trials. Sadie hunts 30 days a year as well and is a workhorse in the blind.
