We offer a wide variety of one of a kind nutritional foods. We also offer:

*- Grooming, toys, homemade treats, training treats, collars, leashes, harnesses, accessories, shampoo& conditioner, candles, pet fresh spray. We will also take orders as well by phone for delivery for local and surrounding areas.

There has been a delay in moving locations. With that being said we will be closed the first two weeks of January to get things up and going at the new location. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We do still have plenty of grooming appointments between now and the end of the year. But, don’t wait to book they are going fast!

With the holidays coming up I know people are needing/wanting to travel but sometimes can’t take the fur babies. I have opened up a few spots for small/medium size dogs for boarding. Good morning! Hope everyone has a good weekend! I want to address some things for the business.

#1 We are a very busy business and we can not always answer the phone right when you call. If you will leave a voicemail or send a txt or a facebook message I PROMISE you will receive a txt back or a call back WITHIN 24 HOURS. The disrespect that I have received this week about not answering a call or txt right when you message or call is just out of control. It’s beyond me how some of you feel it’s ok to talk to anyone like that. Please leave a voicemail or a txt and you will be contacted.

#2 We are closed on Mondays so if you call or txt you will not be answered until Tuesday.

#3 We are moving to a different location hopefully by the end of November or sooner we will make a post and state where that is. We will also start telling people if your appointment will be at the new location the next time you come.

#4 If you come in for a grooming and your dog or cat is infested with fleas you will be charged a $20-$30 fee for neglect. Your dog or cat will then be provided with a high end flea treatment to try to resolove the issue. I’m not talking one or two fleas I’m talking INFESTED to the point your dog or cats bath water is bloody from flea bites. To many times this has happen and im not ok with it. The last time it happened I had to do a flea fogger and disinfectant (more than what we normally do) for 2 days! In the 3 years that we have been here this has never happened.

#5 Cracking down on cancellations if you can not give a 24 hour notice you will be charged $10 rescheduling fee. It’s just that simple! As I stated before we are a very busy business and that spot could be given to someone who needs to be groomed. If you do not give a 24 hour notice for a Saturday or Sunday appointment you will be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. Those appointments are few and far between for someone to just not show up!

We appreciate your business and support and love your fur babies and hope to continue to care for them. These measures are not to be rude and we completely understand things come up and we can accommodate for those. But, at the end of the day this is our business and our means of income.
