Furrbiddenlove finally got herself a win last night! Woohoo! While loading in the gates, the 5 horse (next to her) broke through the gates and Furrbiddenlove thought the race started so she went too, but thankfully our jockey stayed on and was able to pull her up. The 5 was scratched. They reloaded and she stood good, then broke on top and stayed there the whole race!
Thank you to our jockey, Luis Vivanco, for giving her a good ride. And congratulations to her owner, Randy Hughes, for getting a win with his homebred filly that is by his own stallion and out of his own mare. It’s always that much sweeter when you bred and raised them!!
