Always nice when we have long term friends of Homeward Bound open up their hearts to a pup who needs a home. We know that Ranger (aka Bear) will always have a safe and loving home forever. I can't say enough about Rocky the Rottie! He was pulled from the Anson County Shelter so we don't know much about him. But his foster mom says he is the perfect dog! Somewhere on his journey through life he has learned many commands. He is calm, housebroken, and doesn't pull on a leash. The list is endless. Although he hasn't shown aggression to any other animal, he doesn't seem to be interested in having any other four legged friends. Hello Sugar! Yes she is a sweetie pie and looking for her forever family. Sugar may be a little girl, but she has BIG personality. Not only is she super fun to play with and can play forever, but she is also super smart. Although she enjoys her cuddle time, she is not suited for a coach potato. Meet America! She is a two year old hound mix. She is spayed and heartworm negative. America was found dodging cars on a busy road on the 4th of July and was picked up by a humane society volunteer. Unfortunately, we were unable to find her owner, so she is now looking for a new family to love her forever. She is very affectionate and attaches quickly to her caregiver. She is playful, but not hyper, has an easy going temperament, and gets along well with other dogs and cats. She is well mannered on walks, stands calmly for a bath, and is housebroken.
