First and foremost, THANK-YOU to all of my grooming families! I wouldn’t be here without you! I have a pretty amazing clientele and am so grateful for each and everyone of you! Thank-you for an amazing 2025 and cannot wait to see what 2026 brings!
Secondly, I tried to inform evryone in person, but also wanted to make a post regarding pricing.
✨ Price Update for 2026✨(new prices are posted in photo).
As we head into the new year, I want to be transparent about a few changes coming to Platinum Paws Grooming Studio.
Due to ongoing inflation and rising costs of rent, health & liability insurance, products, shampoos, equipment, servicing equipment and the time and care each groom requires, prices will be increasing beginning January 1st, 2026.
Here’s what’s changing:
🐾 Base Price Increase:
All Bath packages +$10
Nails +$3
• Small & Medium Dogs: +$10
• Large Dogs: +$15
• XL +$20
• XXL Dogs: +$25
🐾 Pricing Structure
We go off of:
Primarily Weight
Other things that may alter your cost of grooming:
• Coat type & Condition (ie: matting, impacting, etc)
• Groom style/service requested
• Behavior & difficulty level
• Time required for the groom
This means prices may vary case-by-case, depending on your dog’s individual needs.
No-Show Fee
While i don’t have a lot of no shows, it is still a financial loss when it happens.
• No show fee is now 70% of your dogs groom. This will be required to be paid prior to rebooking. If you no-show 2 or more times you will be required to pre-pay all future grooming apt fees at booking in full with no refund if you no-show.
Time Policy
• Grooming typically requires up to 2-3 hours per dog. Please do not rush me, dogs are unpredictable, living animals. Some move all over, some bite, some sit perfectly still. Please do not come back to pick up or check on your dog if you haven’t been notified as this massively disrupts their behavior on the table and it is astronomically challenging to get them to resettle after you’ve popped in.
Cancellations
• We kindly ask if you need to cancel we are notified prior to 24 hours or a no show fee will be applied.
