The CABIN is owned by Tex & Nicole Houchen and is currently available for parties, showers or meetings. We are only 6 miles from Interstate 20, yet The CABIN is tucked peacefully away on our little county road sitting on 29 beautiful acres. THE CABIN is 2 BDRM, 2BTH, 1400 SF, has a fully equipped kitchen w/stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, w/pavilion (that has a grill) and wrap around porches
. We also have a huge 18X36 above ground pool and surrounding deck. We are in a prime location,15 minutes south of Marshall in Elysian Fields,Texas, with short driving times of only 30 minutes to Shreveport, La, approximately 2-½ hrs to Dallas, Tx, and just over 1 hr to Tyler, Tx. The CABIN has been used for events such as: Bunko night, poker night, camp outs, paint ball parties, teen birthday parties, women's 30th & 40th bdays, women's church retreats, sweet 16 parties, glow in the dark parties, wedding showers, weddings, dances, & reunions. Current amenities and activities include a pool table (adult parties only), swimming pool, horseback riding, hiking trails, barrel train rides, petting zoo & grill. We want this to be a place that everyone can have fun!

2 hour Cabin rental=$150 (includes Cabin with full kitchen, pavilion with grill, picnic tables, rectangular tables and chairs). Additional time=$50/hour. Petting Zoo=$100/hour
Barrel trains=$50/half hour
Weddings & Full Day (12 hours)=$500
A $75 nonrefundable deposit is due upon booking. If total rental is over $500 the nonrefundable deposit is $100.
