We are currently in stock on all cuts 💥🥩BUT- We have some sweet life changes happening (fresh baby boy coming any day, as pictured 💙), holidays are upon us, and hay feeding season has begun..
If you want to stock up on beef, now is the time! We will not be meeting in town or making deliveries for a few weeks unless you make prior arrangements now. We will also more than likely not have a restock on beef before January 2026, so supplies are limited. 😋

Rendering and straining! Fun fact- tallow is yellow when melted down and then turns white as it hardens in the jars. This will be coming tallow.
Roughly 14 ounces in glass mason jar.

**the fat for these is USDA inspected, but the tallow is rendered and finished in a personal home kitchen**
