Did you know that, world wide, the total donkey population is approximately 50 million; however, the miniature donkey population only takes up about 10,000 of those donkeys? Not that big of a number, right? Miniature donkeys are on the watchlist for becoming endangered. My family is very supportive of rescuing… as we have many rescues ourselves… but we also find purposeful, ethical breeding to be just as important. Have any questions about our breeding program? Meet Watermelon He is a 6-8 year old Jack very shy but has a personality that when he gains your trust you are going to have a friend for life!! I have not worked with him much, but look forward to spending time with him, as I do his price will go up. He is not aggressive just needs a gentle hand and time. He has been dewormed regularly and has spent his life with cows, Horses and kid’s!
