Had one track last night. Hunter handled it perfectly knew right after the shot that guys were involved by smelling the arrow gave the deer 18 hours went to track and followed blood for about 50 yards until he couldn’t find anymore. Then called Boone in and he made quick work of the rest 23 hours after the shot Boone went another 100 yards or so out to a corn field to the beautiful dead 10pt. Congrats Kassidy Dornfeld dandy buck.

Well 2025 off to a wild start. 1-3 yesterday first one was a buck of a lifetime 190s shot very low armpit below the heart and is still alive. Second one was tough as well shot at 6pm behind shoulder maybe a bit low. Hunters tracked it 30 min after shot blood everywhere for 180 yards to a bed and no deer called drone in no luck with drone. Boone and I extended the track about 250 more yards on one more drop of blood and no deer and no more beds. Finally 3rd buck was recovered standard liver hit deer bedded down 3 times within sight of the hunter. Had a drone come in couldn’t find the buck so figured it was in a thick woods got Boone on it and after 12 hour wait 400 yards later Boone had us standing over this huge amazing buck. Congrats Adam.

Well happy bowhunters eve all. Good luck to all hunters out there. Let’s hope for good clean shots and fast recoveries with this unfortunate warm weather. Time to hammer them bucks we have patterned. If you need help or have any questions give us a call advice is always free.

Here is a good recap of some recoveries from last season. We had an amazing season thanks to all the clients who trusted us. Last season was one for the books with super high recovery rates. Lots of deer we didn’t find lived through the season which makes for some great stories going into this season.

The 2025 season will be here before you know it start shooting those bows , Boone and I are already running training lines he is kicking butt.

Boone made quick work of this buck I shot last night. He smelled him from the hit site. Which made no sense to me because Boone wanted to go strait north east but after I shot the deer the deer went north west. So I made Boone follow the line took me right to where I lost sight of the deer. Then Boone turned and went strait east south east back to where he wanted to go in the beginning and there laid the buck. Good work Boone! Thanks to everyone that came with me.

Just a heads up to all the hunters out there. I hope everyone has a safe and successful gun hunt.

I will not be available to track opening weekend as I will be spending time with family at deer camp. I will however help out with advice on the phone.

What an amazing track. This magnificent buck was shot last night. The Hunter did everything right checked the shot site and there was nothing followed the trail for about 30 yards no blood at all backed out and called the dog. We arrived a bit after noon today. Boone studied the shot sight and had us going in seconds ten minutes later had us standing over this amazing buck. Great work Mark and congrats on a dandy unique buck. Thanks Tim Kill

1-3 today.

1st track was awesome. Congrats to TJ. Heck of a buck. Deer walked off yesterday after he was shot TJ called right away to set the track up. Got there this morning Boone did his thing going across open field 200 yards then doewn into marsh again no blood any where at all. 320 yards to the dead buck.

2. Hunter watched Buck lay down last night after the shot. Went in this morning track with Boone started at the bed and headed to the creek. Then lost it. Went back for a restart did the same thing again so we crossed the creek he picked it back up and we jumped a deer but didn’t see them. Got back to Hunter and he believed it was his buck looked healthy a high back hit.
