🐾 Important Update Regarding Large Breed Grooming 🐾

To our valued clients and furry friends,
After much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to no longer accept new large-breed clients over 70 lbs, effective January 2026.

While we truly love our gentle giants, this change is necessary to help us take care of our physical health, allowing us to continue providing safe, high-quality grooming and remain available to our clients for many years to come.

What this means for you Existing Clients:

If your large dog is already an established client, we will continue to honor your appointments and keep them on our schedule as long as your pet remains under 80 lbs.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we make choices that protect both our well-being and the safety and comfort of your pets. Taking care of ourselves allows us to continue taking the best care of them.

📣 Policy Update: Cancellations & No-Shows 📣

At Dawn Campbell’s Grooming, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

✨ Please note the following:

50% of the grooming booked will be applied for no-shows or cancellations made outside of the 48-hour notice period.
This fee can be paid conveniently via a payment link.

If this occurs two times with a client’s pet, all future appointments will require a grooming deposit equal to the Full cost of the groom, due at booking the appointment
This deposit is non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. These circumstances will be handled on an individual basis, so please don’t hesitate to communicate with us.
