I don't do pattern work very often anymore, just don't have the time.
But when I do, I remember how satisfying it is. More mathematical with numbers and lines.

And its relaxing. Or it could just be the peacefulness of 6:00 in the morning.

Just had our first prom dress come in for alterations yesterday, The season has begun and this event is a great place to start to look for your dress!

It's happening! New location, check the dates and times!! You really don't want to miss this amazing fundraiser- very inexpensive prices for beautiful dresses and suits!!!! All for a great cause!

4 years ago I decided to open up The Alteration Shop offering this service to the community. I did not expect the demand of this service to keep me so busy where I now have two other seamstresses along side me.

I am so grateful for the support of all of our customers. What I am more grateful for is my husband and my family. Along with trying to keep up with the demands of the shop, I have forgotten to keep up with the devotion of being a full time wife and mother.

We have restructured our hours to help keep your seamstresses sane and have time to prioritize what is important in life.
Thank you for those who understand and will continue to support us while we strive to still bring you customer service for your alteration needs.

The 4th Annual "GRANT COUNTY FORMAL WEAR RESALE" is back! This is a fundraiser where we have tons of semi-formal and formal wear, for guys and girls, at super cheap prices so that anyone and everyone can attend dances, have a great suit for job interviews, get cruise ready...whatever!

It's set up upstairs at Roses Discount Store (1129 N. Baldwin Ave, Marion) and it is so much fun! More details to come, but we wanted to get the dates out there!!
