Effective immediately, our office will enforce a no-show and late cancellation fee policy. A 50% fee of the appointment price will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as for no-shows. Payment of this fee will be required before scheduling another appointment. We have implemented this policy reluctantly, as our schedule has become fully booked with a high volume of furry clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you for your continued support and patronage. 💜🐾💜
