NEW PICKUP POLICY

To help keep our salon running smoothly and provide a comfortable, stress-free environment for every pup in our care, we are implementing a new pickup policy.

Once you receive notification that your pup’s grooming appointment is complete, we kindly ask that they be picked up within one hour, unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance.

We completely understand that life happens! If you know you’ll need a later pickup, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll be happy to discuss arrangements.

For pups remaining at the salon more than one hour after their groom is completed, a LATE pickup fee of $10 for each additional hour, will be added to your grooming total.

This policy helps reduce unnecessary stress for dogs waiting to go home and give each of our clients the attention they deserve.

Thank you for understanding and for helping us keep Boujee PawSpa running smoothly. We truly appreciate each and every one of our wonderful clients and their pups! 🩷🐾
