Remember, if you are feeling icky during these cold winter days, honey is a natural immune booster (we aren't doctors, so do your own research if you'd like)!

Here's a quick drink recipe that can help soothe a sore throat, or just makes for great a cold day drink.

Medicine Ball Tea 🫖
INGREDIENTS
• 2 mint tea bags
• 2 peach tea bags
• 4 cups boiling water
• 2 cups lemonade
• 1-2 tablespoons honey to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
• In a large pitcher, place the tea bags and the boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
• Steam the lemonade in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove right before it boils. Froth with a milk frother.
• Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey to the mug. Pour in the hot tea to fill half of the cup. Finish with the steamed lemonade.

They also prepare for winter by decreasing colony size and sometimes swarm to establish new colonies, though late-season swarms have a reduced chance of survival.
