*Update Friday, 8/14: while before the phones were ringing constantly busy, there is now a ring tone, but it does not ring into the office and you are still unable to leave a message. Optimum’s best guess is Sunday, 8/16 between 2:00 and 5:00pm. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

Also, there is nothing wrong with our phones. We have 2 lines and when they are both in use and another client is leaving a voice mail you may get a busy signal or people have told us it just hangs up. We are working on an upgrading our phones. Please just try your call again. We appreciate your business and your patience. You all are the best!
