Countryside Veterinary Clinic provides small and large animal services to the towns of Marcus, Remsen, Moville, and surrounding communities. We have a haul-in facility at our Marcus location for large animal, along with equipment to travel on-farm for large animal needs. Our small animal is equipped with x-ray, bloodwork, and urinalysis capabilities to help provide care for your pets.

We missed it! July 24th was Sam’s Birthday! For those of you who don’t know, Sam started babysitting Chad full time in December. Has your horse had its teeth floated in the last year? Is your horse dropping grain, having foul breath, salivating excessively, or even have some unexpected weight loss? Summer is a busy time of year, so remember to write down when you schedule your animals appointments to avoid getting charged a “No Show” fee! We understand how busy you all are, but so are we here at the vet clinic! We are actually booking a couple weeks out on appointments so every time slot is extremely valuable in giving the best care to your animals. Below we have an explanation for our No Show fees and what needs to be done if you receive one.

Countryside Vet Clinic No Show Policy
* Vaccine/Basic Exam no show: $35
* Surgery no show: $50
* A finance charge of $3 will be added to your account every 30 days. If your total is not paid after 90 days, you will be labeled inactive.

In order to schedule another appointment after receiving a no show fee (of any kind), you must pay the amount of the no show fee plus $50 for an office call/exam before scheduling your next appointment.

**Attention Countryside Clients**
Yes, we have a doctor on call when you call one of our clinic numbers. No, we do NOT have the capability to schedule any appointments other than emergencies over this holiday weekend. If you have an emergency, PLEASE LEAVE A VOICEMAIL and the doc will return your message as soon as available. In addition to this- ALL EMERGENCIES HAVE TO BE HAULED TO OUR MARCUS LOCATION. This not only allows a faster appointment time for you, but is more efficiency for doc. There is only one doc on call covering a large area! Please help doc out and thank you for being understanding.
