This is so very very true. I wish people understood how important their appointment actually is. I know things get busy this time of year especially with people planning vacations around spring break so please be considerate to your groomer and give them 24 hours notice to refill your spot if you must cancel or change your appointment. We genuinely rely on the income from grooming your dog, and the majority of us get paid on a commission per dog basis only, not hourly. You don't show up = we don't get paid.
