Good luck to the neighbors, especially the ones to the north of me and my fellow agrarians. Heard it was a lot worse to the north of us (hail, winds, (tornadoes?) ) here was just windy and a 13° drop in less than a hour, lightning, and torrential rains!
Enjoy this short video of it approaching. This would be a lot more entertaining if I wasn't a partner in the ownership of this farm 😅😅😅😬😬😬
At least there aren't (major) crops peeking up yet!!!

Trying this soon. Can make in vegetarian with crumble instead of beef. I'm trying both versions. Will let you good people know how it goes!

Here are 3 recipes I've been talking for Swiss Steak...a budget friendly dish that is utterly delicious. And pretty easy too! (Especially the first one)
And for my vegetarian friends, use eggplant slabs or slice tofu (seared) in half. That works too! Have make both the meat and none meat versions.
My dear mother made an excellent version,but unfortunately took the recipe with her before I could get it down 🥹

Easy Swiss Steak can be cooked in the oven or the slow cooker. Tender beef in a rich tomato gravy is great over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes!

I have told a few of you good folks about this recipe I invented before,but it's not too tough and is Mighty Delicious! Made it again over the weekend. Let me know, and I'll tell you all about it. It can be vegetarian or meat & veggie stuffed. And a great way to use acorn or sweet dumpling squash!! Lots of variations you can make on this too...
