Additional safety precautions💓🦊🐶💓

Just one more quick note to address a few additional safety protocols that are important to communicate ahead of time;

-I would encourage you to please wear a mask or some type of face covering when we interact, if you have it. Operating from my home, I need to manage as much potential risk as possible. I will be wearing full protective equipment as well.

-I will be watching for your vehicle. Please feel free to call, do not use the doorbell or knock. This violates mandate of the Governor's order. I am to operate "curbside" just as a restaurant would in order to remain open.

-For sanitation and safety, all pets receiving a full groom will be going straight to the bath upon arrival. I will not be able to perform excessive brush outs during this time, as they need to be done prior to the bath. I foresee most clients needing or wanting a shorter haircut this time of year anyway, but please understand this may be what has to happen in lieu of saving a fluffier coat this time around.

-This is such an unprecedented time, and I'm working really hard to service my clients- but do so with the highest safety standards. If at any time I'm feeling these measures don't suffice, leaving the work environment unsafe or that protocols aren't working I may need to close up again for a while longer.

-Good Morning Everyone-

We've made it to the reopen this Monday! 💓🐶🦊💓
That being said, there are new protocols in place- first and foremost to be SAFE- but also to comply and remain open.

-If you or anyone in your home are sick, please reschedule.

- Driveway drop off and pick up only. No exceptions can be made, per state mandate.

- I will leash and remove from your vehicle whenever it is safe to do so. If not safe, I will have a leash hitch and kennel outside as well. When you pick up, the same method will apply.

- Sanitized leads will be used during the grooming service, I will have outdoor bins for leashes to stay in if you'd like.

- All pets will be separate at all times, all surfaces and tools sanitized with extra care between each pet.

- Payment is much preferred by card over the phone, or read to me at pick up. Cash and check in envelope are permitted.

-I have scheduled everyone at separate times. If for some reason you see another client outside, please wait until they leave to park in the driveway.

Please Note;
I am working extra hours to serve a large volume of pets who desperately need a groom, sooner rather than later. All while complying with extra safety measures- so please be understanding about extra wait times that may result.
