We’re excited to announce that we are now offering exotic pet exams with Dr. Wert! Availability is limited, and depending on your pet’s specific needs and our schedule, a referral may still be recommended. At this time, exotic appointments are available for rodents, rabbits and reptiles only, as we continue working toward expanding our services to include avian care. Our power went out around 4:15PM. If you’re in the area, you’re probably in the same boat. As of 5PM, PG&E has not posted an estimated time of when we should expect power. As far as office closure and Friday’s appointments, we will post updates as we get them. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may bring.

More pets go missing on July 4th than any other day of the year. Confirm the contact information on their collar and microchip is correct!

April is Heartworm Awareness Month! ❤️ It only takes ONE bite from an infected mosquito to transmit Heartworm Disease. Purchase a year’s worth of prevention and we’ll schedule your pet for a FREE heartworm and tick-borne disease screening. Call our office to schedule or discuss further!

Manteca Veterinary Hospital will be closed tomorrow so our staff can celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. 6th sign is DEAD! Starting early this year. A dog in a backyard with a bowl of water may not be adequate, please make sure your pets can get out of this heat.
