As of right now I usually stay booked out 3 to 4 weeks because most of my customers book their next appointment when they pick up their pet, which I recommend. I do not groom large dogs, small cocker spaniel being about the largest that I do. I do not use tranquilizers and I hand/fluff dry, not cage dry most dogs. oming includes, bath, dip, nails, clean ears, express a**l glands, hair cut, polish & ribbons or a bandana and cologne. Tooth brushing is available upon request for an extra fee. You can drop your dog off at your appontment time and I am usually finished with your dog in about an hour, depending on the type of dog and clip and you can pick him/her up when I am finished with no waiting all day!! A fee of $25 per dog will be charged for any service cancelled without a 24hr notice and no show/no call (meaning you did not show up for your appointment or did not call to cancel at all)will be charged full price for services missed. If you have an appointment on Monday you will need to cancel by 12pm on the Friday before your appointment. I give appointment card reminders, send a reminder text two days before appointment and the day before appointment. You can confirm or cancel your appointment then. I have a very busy business and need the opportunity to fill in your spot with someone waiting on my cancellation list. Repeat no call/no shows will be required to pre pay a non refundable full price appointment charge upon making another appointment. I'm sorry I have to do this but this is my way of making a living, my time and business are as important to me as is yours. Note: Last minute emergency cancellations will be considered per event.
