Girls got a bath today and their nails cut for the 1st time. Almost 5 weeks old.

Pups are 3 weeks old. Just gave them their 1st de worming. Normally I do this at 2 weeks but wanted to wait tell they got a litter bigger. This wormer is not an over the counter one. Got it from my vet. They did good taking it. There are 4 girls and 4 boys. They got their first collars today to.

I know it's been a while since I posted but things have been crazy and very emotional for my family right now. Just wanted to give an update on pups. The new litter of pups are doing great. They are getting fatter by the day. With only 8 there is plenty of milk to go around and iv not had to interfere.
On another note Red a pup from a previous litter who is 6 months old now. I had him in the house today working on some training. In the process I got a call that was very emotionally hard for me and he halfway got on the couch with me and tried to put his head next to mine. You'll this boy is gonna be as good as his momma. I kept thinking "why has he not found his furever home." When he was a pup he was a crazy hyper. But he has matured so beautifully. I know his perfect home is out there and when he finds it they will have something so special with him.
Don't mind the mess in the box. Everytime I put blankets down for them momma balls them up.and it's been raining and muddy here.

I have been up all night with momma. She had 8 beautiful babies. I don't remember how many of witch gender right now but will look later today after I get some sleep. They are big babies and doing great. Most look cream but a few look to be honey in color. First 2 picks already reserved by Dogs That Help.

Got some individual pictures of the pups today. I think I need a nap after. Lol
They are enjoying their outside time. Got to play in the pool. And yes there are fans out there for them to stay cool.

Some of the girls got to have some outside time for the 1st time. I think they loved it.

Girls got to play in the water tub. Both pink girls will make excellent companions for a family that loves to swim.

Pups are 3 weeks old. Had first bath and nails clipped yesterday. They did so good. Already think I know which girl I want to keep. Miss purple. I will be donating 2 from this litter to Dogs That Help. They requested a girl. So I think one of each will go. I'm keeping a close eye on one boy who from day one has shown such a calm temperament. Can't wait to see how these sweet guys grow.

Pups at 2 weeks old.

Not sure if she is done hopefully. 13 puppies. Momma is getting a bath now. Box is clean. Heat lamp is in box warming it up. When mom ia done and dried she will finally get to feed and bond with all pups. This was a pretty fast delivery for the number of pups. Have a few really tiny ones so will be helping momma with the feedings.

Well momma held of tell today to have her pups. 8 so far. She is doing great but we are not done yet. Still have 2nd boy and 3rd girl pick available

2 boys went home today. They did so good traveling.
