Just in case any pet parents want to know why your pups love us so much. It’s starts with trust and what better way to earn trust than through a caring touch. Learn methods to help pets all stages in life and especially my senior pups who would more than appreciate a special moment with their pet parent receiving unconditional love and care.

Licensed pet massage therapy is not available to certified stylist in Texas or we would have been pet masseuses a long time ago! We’ve followed this small businesses journey for many years. Check them out!

🐾 Pet Parent Massage Workshop 🐾

I’m excited to be partnering with Jenn’s Dogs for another hands-on workshop designed to help pet parents better support their dogs at home!
During this workshop, we’ll cover:
✨ Simple massage techniques & stretches
✨ How to better read your dog’s body language
✨ Areas to avoid / when massage may not be appropriate
✨ Ways to support comfort, mobility, relaxation, and recovery
✨ How touch can help strengthen your bond with your dog

This class is designed to be approachable, educational, and fun — no experience needed! Whether you have a senior dog, sport dog, busy puppy, or simply want to learn more about your dog’s body, this workshop is for you.

✨ Meet Julissa ✨

Today is a very special day for the Head 2 Paws family.

Many local pet parents may already know Julissa as the former owner of Pup It Up. What many may not know is that my journey with Julissa goes back even further.

I first met Julissa nearly 7 years ago while we were both working at Bubbles & Bows. Even back then, I found myself admiring her styling techniques, attention to detail, and the beautiful faces and body clips she consistently created. Her work always stood out.

Over the years, I’ve watched her continue to grow, build relationships with pet families, and establish herself as a trusted professional in our community.

After experiencing the mobile lifestyle firsthand, Julissa has officially chosen to begin her next chapter with Head 2 Paws, and I couldn’t be more excited.

She graduated from TAGS Academy in 2017 and brings years of experience, education, and dedication to every pet she cares for. More importantly, she shares our belief that pets are family and deserve individualized, one-on-one attention.

As a small business owner, moments like this are incredibly rewarding. The vision we created at Head 2 Paws has grown into something that attracts talented professionals who genuinely care about the pets and families they serve.

One of our favorite events of the year is almost here! 🐾❤️

On August 8th, we’ll be celebrating alongside the Mansfield Animal Shelter for their HUGE Grand Opening and the annual Clear the Shelters adoption event!

This will be our THIRD year volunteering at Clear the Shelters, and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of such an incredible day for our community and the animals who need us most.
