A great part of doing this “puppy thing” is getting to know people during the picking process. We place the majority of our dogs out of state. We have even sent two pups to The North Pole to live with Santa!!!! That requires several phone calls, pictures, videos, and FaceTime conversations. It’s a real pleasure and enjoyment when they finally pull up in the yard and meet their pup for the first time. As this 2026 litter goes home it’s been a real pleasure having these conversations with complete strangers as they join the Bells Branch family. It’s an awesome thing when the updates on pups and pictures come in. We had the privilege of placing some pups in homes to help fill voids from dogs that have passed. We placed a few in first time chessie owners. We are starting to get repeat clients. I got to see a two year old Bells branch pup this go round. We have made a lot of friends doing this and we thank you all for the smiles. We still have a few pups available if you would be interested in joining the Bells Branch family thank you.

Getting slimed on Double Dare, running through the obstacle course, grabbing flags out of giant fake noses, and hearing Marc Summers yell your name on Nickelodeon felt like winning the lottery as a kid.

Every afternoon, millions of us watched this and imagined what we’d do if we ever got picked.

Transitioned the pups to dry food this evening. Also moved them to the outside kennel. Went and checked on them. I’d say they are ok.
