Meet Brooks~
This BIG fancy gelding is just GORGEOUS, he is bursting full of personality, and athleticism, one of my top favorites without a doubt! 8yrs old 16.2+ hands and has a top sporthorse pedigree with many of the BEST TB bloodlines you can find! 🐎 Brooks is a grandson of Dynaformer and has earnings himself of over 184k!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😮 Now that folks is something to brag about!! Built like a damn brickhouse, seriously though its not common to find Thoroughbreds his size hes not just tall but THICK too! Real shapy, big hipped, clean legged, couldn't be put together better!!! 🙌
Dont let his size get to you though hes a big lover boy, a ladies man for sure, one of the first faces I look for and smooch each morning! In your pocket kinda guy, alotta heart! ❤️ Falls asleep getting shoed🤣 A seasoned hauler! Will let you lay next to him! Oodles of personality, absolutely hilarious 🤣 and vocal whether he's rolling, begging for his grain first, when I flick the lights on in the morning, when hes pooping or what not!🤣 Brooks brings alot of laughter to people's day! If you arent a good forehead scratcher he'll teach you how just stand their!! Known to take off with a coffee cup or bag of peppermint treats if they were laying around!
A gem💎 in the stall or turned out, and doesn't seem to have a preference hes always a content fella! Could be a good fit for many programs, riders, families, barns etc. Wears front shoes as he rides on all types of footing and is currently in cross training. Trail rides. Has toted around several younger teen riders and was saintly! Rides western & english equally as well! I can see him going several directions so will be excited to see what direction he ends up going once he finds a family of his own! 😘
This pretty chestnut boy turns out with anyone mare or gelding, has stepped in as a babysitter w/ some of our yearlings, and is super chill and mature! Brooks is the same guy every single day whether he sits for sometime or not. Doesn't need to be lunged or worked before riding, just tack up and get on! He has rode next to traffic, had a rope tossed off him, been rode double, went through creeks, mud, sand, the woods, had a basketball 🏀 shot off him. Ponied younger horses! He's brave! Brooks has done some pole bending and been started on some different patterns which he took to really quickly, has carried a flag, and stepped in last minute to be used in a clinic for demonstrations ♥️♥️ He's reliable for whatever you ask of him, point and go, and always willing to try new things!
Popped over some cross rails which he seemed to really dig! 👌 Brooks has a ton of speed when asked but is not a hot guy, has excellent brakes, neck reins, is a really nice smooth fella to ride! Everyone loves him, hes a super duper NICE horse!!! Classy, a pretty boy for sure, quiet, enjoys mud rolling, will let you lay with him, would prefer his grain first in the morning! 🤣 Can be a bit inpatient when turning out he always comes out of the stall and seems like he's late for work 🤣in a rush to get to his pasture (speed walking, trying to get grass nibbles in along the way) so he does need some random reminders to walk slow beside you then hes like okay! It's totally not a big deal though we honestly laugh about it it's just who he is! No vices. No maintenance. Brooks is an easier keeper for sure! Has a couple really good friends if you need a solid pair of geldings! 😉
