The County of Riverside Animal Services does not reserve pets for adoption by telephone or e-mail. You must go to the shelter to adopt an animal. The adoption fee for dogs is $105, which includes the animal's spay/neuter surgery, a microchip and vaccinations.

I’m Nimothy, rescued from the street at about 4-5 weeks old, dirty, full of fleas, with a runny nose and eyes. I went to SBACC, got all cleaned up, then was sent to a foster home where I was nursed back to health. I looked awful when I first arrived, but I’m looking and feeling great now! I get along with my roommates and have good manners (as in, when they’ve had enough of my kitten antics, I’ll leave them alone). If you’re looking for a playful lap kitten who likes to cuddle close to your face, I'm your guy. I'd be happier with a cat buddy, but I think I’d be okay as an only cat with a family who’s home a lot and can give me all the attention I need!
