🏝️ 🌺 Aloha from RVH! 🌺 🏝️ We’ve got TWO very important pups to celebrate this week! Please give it up for our campers of the week: Stella and Jax! These two have been living their best camp life. Stella’s been sunbathing like she’s waiting for her coconut drink to arrive and Jax has fully embraced his vacation time mindset only moving when snacks are involved! We’re barking up the same tree on this one! 😎Congrats you two! ♥️

Wonderful update 🥳: Munchkin has been located and is home safe with his family!! Thank you all for sharing this post and keeping and eye out!!

Munchkin is a 3 year old neutered male who escaped from his kennel yesterday afternoon in our parking lot. Please be on the lookout for him and if seen, call 504-458-8307. He can also be brought to Riverside Vet.

Hold onto your leashes, folks and sweet furbabies, because we’ve got some BIG news! CAMPER OF THE WEEK IS BACK! And our first summer camper of the week is none other than the four-legged legend himself…Dude!!! This is Dude’s second time as camper of the week and we just can’t get enough of him! If you’re looking for your next FUR’ever family member!!

This May will mark FOUR years of Joy searching for her forever home 😩

Joy's journey began as a scared puppy, but over the years, the incredible shelter team and volunteers worked hard to help her heal. Despite her progress, she remained a bit timid and needed extra love and care. 💕

Most recently, Joy had the amazing opportunity to be fostered by Mike and Christine Foster, who made huge strides with her behavior. However, after relocating out of state, they couldn't take her with them. Not wanting to see Joy regress, our amazing corporate sponsors at PetSuites Northshore stepped up to give her a loving foster home at their resort! Now, Joy gets to enjoy regular playgroups, yard time, and one-on-one attention from their fantastic staff. As you can see in the photos, she's blossoming more every day 🌸
