The "koi" gene in Armadillidium granulatum is a mutation I worked on for over 2 years in order to ensure the highest expression of the pattern possible. The base of the animal is a grey, with the classic yellow spotting on the dorsum. The "koi" gene doesn't affect the yellow spots- but it does affect the grey, causing the pigment to express in red, or inhibit completely making white patches.

Combining two worlds of Begonia perfection is the Bornean species Begonia malachosticta. On one hand, a pink-spotted cane type plant boasts incredible color, big, showy leaves and a general appearance fine-tuned for the damp forest floors it calls home. However, on top of all of this comes the presence of iridescence. One of the defining characteristics amongst Bornean Begonias is the glimmery, blue-sheen perfection that can only be seen by viewing a plant from the side, shifting it carefully under light.

Neon Spackle is an adult proven male qe produced out of Saffron x Turmeric in 2021. He is quite a robust man weighing in at 63g, and consistently produced high quality reticulated orange blotch gargoyle geckos like himself.

Ellie is a very curious girl. Blood pythons are the largest animal we keep, and Ellie is a sweetheart and loves to watch us work. Alex was cleaning her enclosure today and she carefully supervised.
