Saturday was Honeybee Awareness Day!🐝 We are so thankful Ivan and Cathy Lilienthal for providing bees for our farm.
Did you know every pumpkin starts with the help of a honey bee?
Each blossom is pollinated by a bee, as the bee flies from one blossom to another and transfers the pollen, which allows a flower to become a pumpkin. When you select your pumpkin this year, don't forget to thank the bees!

Ivan and Cathy also harvest the honey from our hives, and we sell their Vale of Lilies Delaware County Honey in our farm store!

We had a great time at the Delaware County Fair parade!

Woo hoo! The pumpkins are planted!
We are so excited for the 2025 season!
We planted over 19,000 seeds - 39 rows and 48 varieties of pumpkins, squash, gourds, and ornamental decorative pumpkins!
Now we pray for great weather and God's perfect provision.

We were honored to be highlighted by Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate's office. We are thankful for the highlight and the opportunity we get every year to share our farm with others.

The 2024 Trunk & Treat Event at the farm was outstanding! We had over 550 kids in costume and 11 awesome businesses who provided treats! This is our favorite event!! The costumes were so creative and fun was had by all!
We were able to give almost 300 pounds of food and $165 to the Delaware County Food Bank!
