Good morning everyone! Since I have been back, I'm trying to do everything I can to stay more organized and on top of things.

I am booked out almost 2 months. A reminder to confirm your appointment is sent out 3 days before to confirm. If you have not yet confirmed, another text will be sent out the next day, and the day before your appointment.

I am now requiring that a confirmation is sent within 24 hours of the appointment. If I do not have confirmation, I will have to cancel it and give it to someone on my lengthy cancellation list. I cannot be having holes in my schedule with no shows, or waiting around seeing if you come or not, when I have several people waiting to get in with confirmation that they will be here.
