Auburn, NH, has been home to Tailgait Rescue for the past two years. With the help of countless volunteers, coordinators, supporters, and so many incredible people working behind the scenes, we’ve been able to save 175 lives.

This kennel has seen it all — shy dogs finding their confidence, happy tails, incredible resilience, heartbreaking moments, and so much joy. Every dog who walked through our doors became part of our story, and every person who helped along the way made it possible.

Today, we adopted out the very last dog from our Auburn location: Spot. ❤️

As we officially close the door on this chapter, we’re filled with gratitude for everything Auburn has meant to us. But this isn’t goodbye. We’re so excited to welcome you along as we turn the page and begin our next chapter. We have big dreams, new beginnings, and we’re determined to make it our best chapter yet!

Thank you for two years of love, support, dedication, and believing in what we do. We can’t wait to share what’s next with all of you!

And, of course, a very special congratulations and best wishes to Spot as he heads off today to begin his new life with his dad. We couldn’t imagine a better way to close this chapter. Happy tails, Spot! 🐾❤️
