The boys dinner for the week

"Everything but the kitchen sink" week. When you and a friend are splitting a couple wholesale orders so time to clean out all the spare parts and freezer burnt meat but still make it ✨️balanced over time. 🤪
We've got: freezer burnt venison, chicken breast, beef tongue, turkey gizzards, pogie fish, chicken hearts, chicken wing tips, chicken feet, beef spleen, beef liver, brussel sprouts, blueberries, spinach, freezer burnt strawberries, one cherry tomato from the garden because no one seems to be eating them 🤪, kelp, green lipped mussel powder. Eggs and kefir will be added at meal time. Every dish has a different combination, more tongue = less fish, more deer = more chicken hearts, so on and so forth.

Please remember you absolutely do not have to make them this complicated. The end of last week when I was tired from trialing all weekend and working all week it was lean burger patties with liver, spleen and pogies.
